I have been teaching English at public junior high and elementary schools for over 20 years. My motto for lessons is "easy to understand and fun! " I carefully explain common hurdles, such as English pronunciation and grammar, so that each student can progress at their own pace. In addition to teaching, I also provide coaching to help students continue their learning
*Coaching is a communication method that draws out each student's unique abilities through dialogue and supports them in taking action on their own.
Speaking: For those who want to focus on speaking, we will work together to practice English-specific connecting sounds, pronunciations such as "th" that do not exist in Japanese, and phonics
Conversation: We practice in a dialogue format, imagining real-life situations Grammar : I provide easy-to-understand explanations . Occasionally, there will be memorization songs (of my own making) as well (^^♪ There are also lessons to help you prepare for the Eiken exam. You will learn tips and key points for answering questions while solving actual past tests !
Japanese should be fun! I taught Japanese to American high school students for two years at an American public high school as a Japanese language teacher under the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology's REX program. I will use that experience to give lessons for beginners using videos from NHK World Japan. I will give fun lessons while talking about how to say things in real situations and about real life in Japan . I will also teach Japanese anime songs and pop songs!
Singing should be fun! As I said earlier, everyone who wants to sing Japanese anime and pop songs! Come sing with me (^^♪ I have received voice training in Japan and the US , and teach several Japanese students a year. I sing at concerts and hold concerts. I teach Japanese pronunciation and song flow while singing. I also love English songs, so if you want to sing English songs, just tell me your favorite song and I'll teach you how to pronounce them as well as how to play them.
Enjoy life!
