Hello, my Irish Name is Eoghain!
You can say "Oh-Nn", if you need help to pronounce this name. 

Nice to meet you, virtually!

I come from the south of Ireland, a lovely green natural part of the world. Much of my youth was spent outdoors with friends in the fresh air, enjoying the rural landscape and swimming! Greatly interested in field sports and technology. A self~professed cinephile, also a lover of music and audiobooks.

Nowadays, while remaining in love with the outdoors, I have also developed a passion for travelling abroad to new interesting places, which I do often. I very much enjoy meeting new people from all over the world, enjoying their stories and seeing new sights.

Being a very social person I do enjoy communicating with others when I have the opportunity, I don't consider language a barrier in this effort, so when I meet a person who struggles a little with English I always make my best effort to slowly figure out a dialogue with them and manage to have a fun interaction. 

Personally, I speak and write English fluently to a high degree. I can claim basic Greek from my time spent living and working in lovely Athens, basic to moderate Turkish due to my time in old Istanbul and a considerable amount of Italian due to years spent in Sicily. 

In conclusion, I am empathetic to foreign people making an effort to learn English, having spent years abroad. I do enjoy speaking with and helping others where I can.

I am easy~going in nature, and I look forward to meeting with you in the near future here on Cafe Talk!
