Hello.
I’m Chang Yundo, a tutor who enjoys helping students practice Korean conversation in a relaxed atmosphere.
After majoring in law at a university in South Korea, I spent four years managing audition and entrance exam classes at a music school. In 2024, I spent about a year in Tokyo on a working holiday, where I had the opportunity to interact with many different people. I currently hold a degree in “Korean as a Foreign Language” and am awaiting the issuance of my Level 2 Korean Language Teacher Certification.
In my lessons, you’ll practice speaking Korean naturally, focusing on expressions commonly used in everyday life. When necessary, I’ll use familiar content, such as lines from TV dramas or song lyrics, to explain these expressions in an easy-to-understand way. I can also provide explanations in Japanese, so even beginners can feel comfortable joining.
I love traveling and taking photos. I enjoy strolling slowly through unfamiliar places, discovering small scenes and fleeting moments, and I think the process of learning a language is very similar. The moment you understand a new expression one by one and can use it as your own is as enjoyable as encountering a new view while traveling. I hope our lessons will be a chance for us to create those moments together.
