Bre Teacher Профиль преподавателя

Hello! I'm Bre. I'm a Native English speaker and I teach American style English because that is the dialect that I speak. 
I have experience teaching as an English teacher in South Korea. 
I have taught elementary school aged children, university students and working adults. 
 
At University I have helped both Korean and Chinese international students to improve their English writing, speaking and American conversational English for socializing. 
 
I have helped Korean adults improve their conversational and Business English. 
 
I have helped students of all languages work to overcome their English phonics. Do you know the difference between Apple 'A' and Awesome 'A'? 
Have trouble with z, f, or j sounds? I can help! 
 
I am passionate about helping others improve their communicative abilities. 
 
This is my field of study. When I am not teaching English, I am working on my own goals by studying Korean and Communicative Sciences and Disorders. 
 
All of my lessons are individualized to fit each student as much as possible and are student centered. 
 
For children, I have many fun English games and activities that I used while teaching English abroad. 
 
A general outline of my full lessons (40-50 Minutes) 
5 minutes of Warm Up 
10 Minutes of learning new phrases, vocab and grammar related to the topic of the week. 
10 Minutes practicing pronunciation through reading aloud. 
10 Minutes practicing making sentences using what has been learned during the session. 
15-20 Minutes of Free talking with some correction. 
Lesson End: I send a Message summarizing what has been learned and what words to practice before the next meeting. Occasionally I provide homework if the students want it. The homework is usually simple, assigned magazine articles, or free to watch Tv Show episodes. 
 
For adults there are many different novel and unique ways to improve their English ability, and it is highly dependent on the needs and comfort of the student. 
Learning a second language can be hard but I hope you won't give up!
