Thank you for today's insightful lesson and detailed feedback! It was fun to discuss how much AI is affecting our lives (to this crazy extent...). I think that connections among people are becoming more and more shallow and superficial these days, despite the fact that, on social media, we see so many posts about hanging out with friends or getting a lots of likes. I think that is one of the reasons why some people are gradually starting to rely on AI to share their inner thoughts. If we connect this tendency with another topic of the consequence of repeating 1% of bad habits everyday, it feels almost scary, as AI may slowly shape our minds in a negative way. So today, I did not ask AI to check my writing, which I believe was a good choice to stay " human" :). Thank you again, Mariko-sensei, and I look forward to talking with you again.

I think many people these days, myself included, focus too much not only on cost-performance but also on time-performance. In today’s competitive world, we tend to believe that we should always maximize our time by constantly learning or doing whatever benefits us the most.
With that mindset, even relaxing activities such as meditation or traveling can become just another obligation. Once they start to feel like something we have to do in order to be productive, they are, by definition, no longer relaxing.
Thank you for another insightful lesson. It really made me reflect on how I spend my time, and I look forward to learning more from you!
