Hello! My name is Moeko.
I have been teaching Japanese and English for over 8 years in both Japan and the U.S.
I’ve worked with many students from elementary school children to adults, and I truly enjoy supporting each learner’s journey.
In my lessons, you can learn:
Hiragana & Katakana
Daily conversation
Business Japanese
I will adjust the lesson to your goals and level so you can learn comfortably and enjoyably.
With my experience teaching at a Japanese immersion school in the U.S., I love creating lessons full of natural conversation.
It’s okay to make mistakes — I will support you gently and kindly.
And don’t worry — I can also explain in English, so even complete beginners can feel safe and relaxed.
My hobbies are karaoke, dancing, and traveling
I also enjoy talking about real-life Japanese conversations and cultural differences.
