Introduction:
Hello! My name is Finn and I am from England in the United Kingdom. I grew up in Southern England, near London, and I have a neutral English accent.
About me:
I studied Fine Art for my degree and Global Politics for my Masters. I have wide-ranging academic interests and enjoy discussing topics including history, geography, philosophy, culture, the environment, and more.
I also have many hobbies and interests. For example, I enjoy:
Reading
Walking in the countryside
Sports, such as football and table tennis
Music
Watching films from around the world
Photography and film making
DIY on my home
Gardening
Learning German
Teaching style:
I am thoughtful, patient, and respectful. My teaching style can be relaxed and conversational, or serious and academic, depending on your needs and preferences.
I have completed a 168-hour Level 5 Online Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) course, so I am ready to help students with their learning.
I really enjoy helping people to learn and develop their skills. I find it very interesting to have conversations on different topics with people from around the world, so I look forward to chatting with you.
Work experience:
I have worked in a range of web and digital communications roles, mainly for non-profit organisations. Tasks in my jobs have included video making, photo editing, graphic design, digital fundraising, web content and social media management, training staff to use software, and writing articles.
