yee Tutor Profile

Nice to meet you, my name is Yee.

Originally from Guangzhou, China, I can speak both standard Chinese and Cantonese.

I have passed the Japanese Language Proficiency Test Level 1.

I am taking an hour of online English lessons every day.

My hobbies are traveling, reading, studying languages, watching dramas and movies.

After graduating from Sun Yat-sen University in Guangzhou, I worked for eight years at a subsidiary of the advertising company Hakuhodo.

In 2018, I quit the advertising company and went to Hokkaido for 3 months.

I studied Japanese at a Japanese language school, traveled here and there, and spent a fulfilling three months.

I got to know various Japanese people and became friends with them, and I wanted to continue to use Japanese and work with Japanese people.

Now, my English is better and better everyday. In the future, I hope I can teach English people Chinese language.

<Teaching experience>

I became a Chinese teacher because I wanted to help those who are interested in China and standard Chinese, or Cantonese. It's been almost a year and a half.

I teach Japanese students 6 hours a day, I have taught students of all levels, the age of the students being from 6 to 80 years old.

During the lesson, I mainly use teaching materials that suit the student's level or have free conversation.
Besides, I think it's easy to understand because it uses simplified Chinese characters.

In addition, I teach Chinese people beginner level Japanese.
