It's a great joy for me to share Japanese cooking with you. If you are interested in Japanese home cooking and healthy vegetable cooking, let's try!
I have worked as a Japanese cooking instructor in Kyoto for international tourists since 2015. And I learned one vegetable cooking method, which I really would like to introduce you, in a-year-course.
If you would like to make healthy vegetable forward dishes, this style of Japanese cooking is a good match!
I believe it is really beneficial for your daily diets.

I live near Kyoto, in the next prefecture called Shiga. There is the biggest lake in Japan called Biwako. A lot of rice fields are around my house and I started learning to farm in 2021.
I was raised in Nara, the ancient city in the same region called Kansai(which include Osaka, Kyoto, and Kobe as well).
I have lived in Illinois, the US, for 1 year and traveled to Canada, Tiwan, South Korea, Thailand, Myanmar, Spain, Switzerland, Finland, Sweden and Norway. Traveling and meeting local people make me happy.
Q. Hello, Keiko! Thank you very much for agreeing to this interview. First of all, could you briefly introduce yourself? A. I am a person from the Kansai region of Japan who loves to meet and talk with people. I am 40 years old this year. I currently live with my husband and I don’t have any children yet. When I was single, I liked to travel alone and I am especially interested in Northern Europe...
