Hello Everyone!

My name is Dina. I am a Native English speaker from the vibrant and scenic Cape Town city in South Africa. I have one year teaching experience as a Teaching Assistant, tutoring and mentoring first year university students in person. I am also a TEFL qualified and experienced online ESL tutor. I was first introduced to ESL online tutoring in 2021, where I was tutoring Latin American adult students (private and group classes), and I absolutely fell in love and enjoyed meeting new people with every lesson by getting to know a little about their home countries, their culture and local cuisines. I would love to tell you more about my country as well.

I am an easy going individual who loves conversing with others, I would love nothing more than to share my knowledge with you to help you improve your English language skills!

In my spare time, I love reading, watching movies/series and being in nature. I love going for hikes, or a walk/swim at the beach.

My Lessons:

My main priority will be to help you achieve your goals in learning English in a comfortable and friendly atmosphere. I enjoy building rapport with students and being creative in my lesson presentations. I love helping students with building their confidence as well as their ability in speaking English. I will work together with you, at your own pace, finding what motivates you to study English by working through material that will most excite you!
