Self Introduction:
Hello my name is Frank Figueroa, I'm 26 years old originally from Venezuela and I graduated in Mechatronics Engineering at the Universidad Autonoma de Guadalajara in Mexico. I love playing the guitar, immersing myself in Japanese culture and speaking the language. My main objective in this platform is to meet Asian people, specially Japanese students who would like to improve their english and spanish to a natural conversational level, and also to form a bond with them not only by teaching but also by learning about each other throughout the process.

This is a photo of me in the outer of the city Winnipeg in Manitoba I found a restaurant from my country which is Venezuela. I'm proud to be Venezuelan because we are figthers, and we give everything we have during the bad situations. We as people make an effort to make the bad in situations into good opportunities. From here on, I'm glad to be your teacher! Lets work hard together guys!

For my classes, I have prepared a virtual classroom full of decorations and visual aids that will help deliver great quality lessons for both adults and kids; as well as, support me create deeper bonds with my students. My main objective is to construct a lesson plan that will adapt to the necessities of my students whether he or she is an adult or a child; in order to, to reach those language learning goals that will aid us to connect better with the world around us.

Finally, all I've got to say is that I have a passion for improving my Japanese and that everyday I'm looking for open doors that make my language improving journey fun. For example, watching anime or japanese drama, reading manga or novels and books in Japanese. One day I have a dream of going to Japan and teach ESL classes to both Adults and Young Learners. Also, because I graduated in Mechatronics Engineering, maybe work in IT as well.
Teaching Experience:
Although I'm new in the teaching field, I have obtained a certification in both 120-hour TEFL/TESOL and 60-hour TEYL courses. This has allowed me to grasp on general knowledge for teaching in a classroom and online environment, as well as understanding the psyche of children and how to teach them English appropriately according to their needs. Taking this into consideration, I have confidence that I have the required knowledge to prepare a lesson plan that adapts to the students and supports them in improving on their weak areas of English. Moreover, because I'm latin american I can help you with your Spanish guys; aprendamos juntos español chicos! Finally, I believe this will allow me to help the student connect to the language more securely and efficiently in order to be able to use it naturally in the world around us.
