Hello everyone! My name is Hitomi, and I’m a Japanese teacher. ('ω')

I have been teaching Japanese online for over 5 years, and I have taught more than 3,500 lessons.

My goal is to create relaxed lessons where you can have fun speaking Japanese and find yourself improving naturally.

Before becoming a Japanese teacher, I worked in several different fields.

・Part-time work at a restaurant

・Apparel and lifestyle goods sales

・Product planning, sales, and production management at a trading company for 3 years
　→ I worked with people in China, went on business trips overseas, and communicated with customers in business settings.

・Studied abroad in Taiwan
　→ I lived in Taiwan for 4 years!

・Over 5 years of experience as an online Japanese teacher

Because of these experiences, I can talk with students about Japanese used in real-life situations, such as restaurants, work, and travel, as well as everyday conversation.

After each lesson, I’ll share a link to your own “Japanese notebook”(via Google Docs)

I believe that reviewing is just as important when learning Japanese as having fun.

Even just 5 minutes is enough. Please take a quick look at what we talked about and any new vocab after the lessons.

I’ll handle the note-taking during the lesson, so you can focus on speaking. (^^)
I’ll also make sure that taking notes doesn’t interrupt the flow of our conversation!

The notes will be updated right after the lesson.

After request is confirmed (fixed)

  • Less than 3hours before lesson start time.→ 100% of price charged.
  • Between 3-6hours before lesson start time.→ 50% of price charged.
  • No-Show→ 100% of price charged.
