Hello and welcome!
I’m Cindy, and I’m so glad you’re here! I speak four languages—Indonesian, English, Dutch, and basic Japanese—and I’m excited to help you on your language-learning journey. I’ve been teaching for many years, and I absolutely love working with students of all ages and backgrounds.
My students range from 7 to 65, and I know learning a new language can be challenging, but it’s also incredibly rewarding! I’m here to guide and support you every step of the way.
Here’s a little bit about my background:
✅Teaching English since 2014, with experience helping students of all levels, from beginners to advanced.
✅Over 13 years of using English in both my academic and professional life
✅I specialize in helping students improve their conversational English, prepare for business communication, or get ready for an interview, I’ve got you covered.
✅Fluent in Dutch and proud to have obtained the Dutch State Exam NT2 Programme 1 certification.
✅Currently I'm pursuing my second master’s in International Development Studies at the University of Amsterdam.
Outside of teaching, I love exploring cultures and volunteering for local NGOs.
In my lessons, you’ll find me cheerful, friendly, and enthusiastic—I’m here to make your learning experience comfortable and fun. I tailor lessons to fit your unique needs and goals!
