Hello everyone!
 
I am Jerry and I am from Guangdong, China.
My mother tongue is Han Chinese / Mandarin / Cantonese.
Nice to meet you!

I live in the beautiful city of Shenzhen and work for a trading company. I teach Chinese and Cantonese dialects on Cafetalk and also offer lessons on other platforms. I have two years of online teaching experience and always try to make the lessons relaxed and fun. As you learn Chinese through conversation, I will also introduce you to Chinese culture. I have taught a wide variety of students. Some are children, some are adults. I have worked with students from the USA, Canada, France, the UK, Germany and Africa. Everyone is very interested in Chinese and I have helped them to improve their Chinese. I make friends with students who like my lessons and we often talk about Chinese history and culture together. I also check their Chinese pronunciation during the lesson. I teach them to use Chinese accurately and in a more interesting way.
 
 
I am a very passionate, bright and positive person. I often use my holidays to travel abroad, cook, learn calligraphy and study the culture of different countries. I believe that language is a tool to expand the world and to interact with others. I will help you to achieve your goals by creating a unique study plan tailored to your needs.
 
My teaching experience and teaching techniques are very rich, and I aim to teach my students how to learn Chinese efficiently and improve their Chinese language skills. The atmosphere in my lessons is very relaxed and enjoyable. I will introduce some Chinese knowledge during the conversation, so you can improve your Chinese as you listen to me.

I excel in children's lessons and have strong patience with them. I use resources such as cartoons, blackboards, vocabulary cards and videos in my lessons, so children become interested in Chinese without even realizing it.
 
I can also teach trade expertise to adults. Through role-plays and other activities, I can make progress in improving your Chinese language skills. At the end of the lesson, I will reflect on the knowledge I have taught and test the students to see if they have understood the lesson properly by asking them questions. If there is anything you don't understand, I will explain it to you as many times as you want.
