Hello! I’m tutor GUREYO, a native Korean speaker!

I was born and raised in South Korea!

I have over 3 years of experience teaching Korean to international students at a university!

I’ll teach you all about the Korean language and culture in a way that’s easy to follow and friendly!!

I love running (marathons), and it’s one of my dreams to participate in the Tokyo Marathon!

I love Japan, so I majored in Japanese at university, gaining experience through an internship at a Japanese national university and a working holiday in Tokyo.

My professional background includes working for a major Japanese corporate group and translating product information for Amazon Japan.

Since I hold certifications in Japanese (JLPT N1), English (TOEIC 900+), and Chinese (HSK 5), I’ve developed the know-how to learn languages quickly and efficiently.

Using this expertise, I’d like to focus on conversation and help you learn Korean that you can actually use!

Intermediate-level
Expand your Korean vocabulary and apply it to various types of conversations. Additionally, learn words and phrases used in specific situations to develop fluent speaking skills.
 
Advanced-level
Develop the ability to converse confidently in Korean on any topic while expressing your own opinions. Furthermore, learn more unique Korean expressions that aren’t often found in textbooks or are difficult to understand through grammar alone, to broaden your range of Korean expressions.
