Hey ya'll! I'm Kat, a certified English teacher from the Southern United States. Do not be fooled by my thick Southern accent! Due to studying Theatre early on in my college career, I had extensive vocal training and I am able to utilize my experiences and what I was taught to help you drop your accent and develop more natural sounding English speakingskills.

 



I earned my TEFL certification from International TEFL Academy in 2016, and my Associate of Science degree from my local college in 2023. I bring 18 years rich in customer service roles to the classroom. I strive to make sure that each student is happy, understands what is going on, and is learning something new in each session. 

In my free time, I enjoy arts and crafts, reading, gardening, and spending time on my back porch with my dog. Let's get to know each other!

  • More than 24 hours before lesson start time.→ Cancellation is possible at any time.
  • Less than 24 hours before lesson start time.→ The tutor may take a cancellation fee.
  • No-Show→ The tutor may take a cancellation fee.
