woogi Tutor Profile

Hello! Students who want to speak Korean well! This is woogi!!

I think there are two most important things when studying conversation.
In my class, I'm going to make sure that you can take these two.

The first one is "confidence."
If you keep thinking about whether the grammar is correct or the pronunciation or accent is correct and try to talk with concern, your mouth will freeze on its own.
If you continue to use basic expressions that you know for sure, it will be difficult to develop your rich conversation skills.
I think it's not that you're not wrong, but that you can't be wrong.
You have to make a lot of mistakes to learn a lot.
In my class, I will make sure you get it wrong with confidence.

The second is 'fun'.
When I think about the subjects I was good at in school, there was a lot of fun in the class.
The teacher was good, the class was fun, or the study itself was fun.
Language study cannot be done in a short period of time.
In my class, I will make sure you enjoy the process of studying itself.
If you laugh a lot and talk happily, you will see yourself talking comfortably at some point.

I was born in Korea and have been living in Korea all this time.
Since I was young, I really liked books, so my nickname was 'Bookworm'.
(It's a cute word used as a compliment in Korea.)
When my parents said, "Please stop reading books and go to bed," I said, "I'll sleep after reading 50 pages," and I would secretly read 100 pages.
When I was in school, I wanted to be a Korean language teacher, and when I was in college, I entered the Department of Journalism and Information at the National University and studied to become a reporter.
There was a lot going on after that and at some point I became an actor.

You're flustered, right? :)

In the meantime, I did so many part-time jobs.

Looking back on my life, I think I was very interested in the language of reading, writing, and speaking itself.

I'm not as professional as many good Korean instructors who teach at Cafe Talk.
However, I am confident that the class with me will be a really realistic and fun class.

about reading and writing that I learned to be a journalist
What I learned to say to be an actor
And the realistic Korean culture that I learned from various things
I'll put them all in my class.

I really like the saying, "Language is a container of culture."
I want to make a class together to learn culture and learn languages by culture.
I think if you learn by understanding 'why you have to say this', you will have an experience that you don't have to memorize.

I want to make a fun time together to talk about what you like with your favorite friend so that you can always look forward to the next class.

Let's laugh and have fun talking together!
Thank you for reading this long article!
