Hello! My name is Hanne and I'm from sunny South Africa. 

I'm a qualified, dedicated and award-winning teacher with a professional attitude. I have 17 years of teaching experience (classroom and online) in teaching various subjects, from Music to Maths and English. I've taught students from all ages, ranging from primary school to tertiary students. I enjoy teaching to all ages: children to adults. 

I'm always very enthusiastic, patient and friendly with all of my students.

My hobbies are cultivating plants especially succulents and roses, playing the violin, and drinking interesting types of teas! I like to learn new skills myself and understand the challenges of learning a new language.  I'd love to tell you more about my country’s culture and natural beauty. I would really like to learn more about your country too.

  • Motivating the student to speak as much as possible using full sentences.
  • To help improve your speaking, listening, reading, pronunciation and intonation. 
  • To help build your English vocabulary. 
  • To create lessons that are relevant to you and your goals 
  • To give feedback and help with pronunciation and grammar mistakes
