Nice to meet you!
I’m MIRI, a ballet instructor and Gyrotonic trainer!
I’ve been practicing classical ballet since I was 6 years old and have been part of ballet companies in the USA, Canada, Egypt, and Spain.
I have 4 years of teaching experience. In Japan, I’ve taught ballet to students ranging from 3 to 70 years old.
I currently live in Italy and teach local high school students.
I provide ballet lessons that emphasize breathing and help expand your range of motion.
In this class, we aim to create a relaxed atmosphere where even those who feel “I’m not flexible,” “I’m not good at exercise,” or “I want to try but I’m a little nervous...” can participate comfortably and leave feeling refreshed and smiling!!!
When booking a lesson, please feel free to let me know if you have any concerns or specific requests for the lesson!
After the lesson, as feedback, I’ll share exercises that you can do at home and any additional tips I couldn’t fully cover during the lesson.
