Hi There! My name is Christa and I am a 27 year old freelance teacher. I have always been a very bubbly person who enjoys bringing goofy to my classrooms. Teaching English is a passion, just as much as traveling and experiencing different cultures along with my Native South-African culture. I enjoy teaching students of all ages and love to meet new people!
I love the art of singing, dancing and all things Art. Recently I have furthered my studies in Performing Arts to be able to not only share my passion but also teach it to others who enjoy it as much as I do. Places I have traveled to includes Mauritius, Hong Kong, Spain, Italy, Indonesia, Switzerland, Germany, Austria, London and most recently the UAE.
I believe in using various different teaching styles that suit each student as an individual. I incorporate audio and visual aids in my lessons as well as use TPR to keep my lessons fun and interesting. I can also range my teaching vocabulary to fit each student and I believe in a student-based approach.
