I have 10 years of experience teaching Japanese.
I teach all levels from beginner to advanced, but I specialize in lessons designed to help students overcome obstacles in their learning.
 
In Taiwan, I have taught in a wide range of settings, including cram schools, junior high schools, universities, and Japanese companies.
I also have experience teaching Japanese to young children and have taught at a medical university (in partnership with a cram school).
 
I’ll help you identify the specific challenges you actually need to address.
I’ll “design and construct” your learning plan and help you develop the skills to keep moving forward.

I’m originally from Shizuoka Prefecture and currently live in Taiwan. I’m a mother of two.
 
I believe that learning isn’t just about “gaining knowledge,”
but also about developing the ability to organize challenges on your own and move forward.
My lessons are designed to help you build the skills you need at the right time and move toward independence.
Nothing makes me happier than when students discover their own goals and share them with me.
 
My favorite saying is “雨垂れ石を穿つ (Even a drop of water can wear away a stone).”
I believe that small, consistent efforts build true strength.
