Hello everyone! Hola, todos! I welcome anyone who is interested in studying Korean culture and the Korean language~! I’m Seung Hyuk, a fun, cheerful, and easy-going language tutor! It’s nice to meet you!

My teaching style and curriculum are as follows!

1. Teaching Style

* I do my best to listen to my students as much as possible, offer advice according to their level and needs, and sometimes provide my original teaching materials and homework.

* I speak clearly and articulate my pronunciation when conversing. I try to speak slowly to make it easier for students to understand me. (If I am speaking faster than you expected in the lesson, please do not hesitate to let me know.)

* I prefer to teach in a relaxed and fun atmosphere with my students!

* If anyone is interested, I can also teach Korean slang and expressions used by native speakers!

Let’s read Korean dramas and news articles together, and I’ll help you with difficult words and expressions, so you can learn more advanced vocabulary and native expressions!

I enjoy studying foreign languages (Spanish, Japanese, German, and so on) and I also enjoy exercising as a hobby. I especially like practicing martial arts. (I’m currently practicing Kyokushin Karate. I practiced it for 1 year and 4 months a few years ago, but recently I have started training again at a different dojo.) I also enjoy watching musicals and plays.
