Hello, my name is Ivan, I speak Canadian English and have a 150-hour TESOL certification from an American university. I have worked as a programmer for over 10 years and thus can help you with technical and business terms and teach you about technology.
My teaching style is to correct errors and make suggestions right away using the chat feature and to adapt to your level if I feel like you are having a hard time understanding me. I also try to make sure the lessons are relaxed.

- Bachelor's degree in psychology from a Canadian university.
- My educational experience includes tutoring English to immigrant children, teaching life skills to teenagers with Autism, and assisting the elderly who are having trouble with computers.
- With over 10 years of software engineering experience and more than 5 IT certifications, I have a wealth of knowledge to share. If you’re interested in Unit and API testing, feel free to ask me about it.
- I’m currently studying Korean, which has given me a deeper understanding of the challenges faced by language learners. I’ve also traveled to Korea, Japan, and Taiwan.
- I have a 150-hour Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL) certification from Arizona State University.
