Hello, everyone.
My name is Taylor. I am currently a college graduate with a Bachelors in English (with concentration in Creative Writing) and a minor in Japanese. I have studied abroad at the University of Sevilla, Spain and Doshisha Women's College in Kyoto, Japan. I am interested in Japanese culture, Japanese language, anime, manga, fashion, sewing my own clothes, cosplay, movies, and more.
I am interested in teaching on this site because I know how challenging it can be to, for example, learn a different language when you don't hear that language every day and have no one to tell you about the little mistakes. In my writing classes at college, I have had a lot of experience editing my peers' writing and giving feedback. I don't have a lot of experience teaching or tutoring, but I hope to help people either regarding the English language or anything regarding my interests, which I've listed above. I also want to try lessons with anime in English and Japanese. I am open to chatting.

Please take care until next time ! 半年振りぐらいにTaylorのクラスを受けました。私の娘ぐらいの年の若い先生ですが、非常に落ち着いて話される印象は変わりません。チャラチャラした感じがまるでなく、低めの声でじっくりと話してくれます。語学教師にある、うてば返るような反応はありませんが、大変誠実な性格を感じます。そこそこ会話が出来て、じっくりネイティブの話す英語を練習したい方に向いています。良い先生です。料金も低めに設定して下さり私には有り難いです。又宜しくお願いします。

私が用意したものをレッスンで使わせてもらいました。さらっと読めるところは苦もなく意味がわかり、つまるところは、ただ単語を追っているだけで意味も理解していないことに気がつきました。カタマリをもっと覚えたら理解も読みも上達するんじゃないかな。と感じられるレッスンでした。

今回は日記の添削をお願いしたのですが、たくさん英文を添削して頂きました！なぜこのような英文になるのか、といった点には触れられていませんでしたが、スペルミスや文法ミス等をたくさん添削して頂きとても満足です！:)　お値段も手頃なので、また機会があれば是非Taylor先生に添削をお願いしたいと思います！
