Hello, friends!!!

I have worked for Disney for 7 years total(2 years in Walt Disney World as Guest Services/Guest Relations, 4 years as Theater Usher and 1 year as Character Attendant in Tokyo Disney Resort). Fortunately, I have received "Spirit Award of Tokyo Disney Resort" for 2 years in 2008/2010 and had a chance to appear on their official website as a magical cast.

I had such a fantastic time working there because I love making people smile and happy. Also it was magical experience to communicate with many people from all around the world.

Everyone is different. Everyone comes to you for different needs.

Through my experience in hospitality, I came up with the importance of "communication". Even though you don't speak the language the guest speaks, it is very important to show the guest "we are happy to assist you" by good communication skill. Furthermore, in my opinion, Japanese hospitality is the best hospitality I have experienced so far.

Compared to other country, Japanese people don't speak English very well and they are afraid to speak to you when they visited different countries. You might have this hard time communicating with Japanese guests if you work in hospitality.

My Japanese lesson will assist you improving your regular conversation skills and providing Japanese hospitality skills  if necessary.

1. Free Japanese Conversation Lesson (20 mins)
Let's communicate in Japanese!!! We will have regular conversation and expand the talk depending on the levels. If you are begginers, we will start with greetings. I will give you feedback in Japanese/English.

2. Japanese Hospitality Lesson (20 mins)
Have you experienced the difficulties communicating with Japanese guests/tourists? I will give you some tips to assist Japanese guests and we will do short role play in Japanese depending on the levels. I will give you feedback in Japanese/English.
