Hi everyone. My name is Talitha but my students like to call me Teacher Tea because I love drinking tea. I am from the beautiful and diverse country of South Africa.

I love teaching and interacting with students from all over the world to share my love for yoga, nature, pets, adventures and of course English.

I have a Bachelor of Education degree, a Montessori teaching diploma and a TEFL certificate and I have been an ESL teacher for over 6 years. I spent 5 years living in Taiwan teaching English and exploring the beautiful country. I currently teach online and I just love meeting students from all over the world.

I qualified as a yoga instructor in 2012 in Rishikesh India from the Rishikesh Yog Peeth (200hrs certificate) and returned in 2013 to complete my 500hrs teacher training. Since then, I have been teaching yoga online and at various studios in my city. I am especially passionate about teaching yoga to beginners, and I strive to create a safe and supportive environment for all.

I love being outdoors and going on adventures with my dogs. I enjoy exploring new places and learning about different cultures. I am an avid traveller and I have travelled extensively through Europe and Asia. In 2010 I completed the Camino with my mother walking just over 900km across the beautiful country of Spain.
