Hi, I'm Maura -here to Listen, Speak, Read, and Write English with you! Political science and geography are my roots, but I branched out, and got my M.Ed., specializing in TESOL. I was a barista, a hostess, a sailor... Now I am a teacher, and a parent. I hope we can share some of our stories together soon.
 
I finished my master's degree in June of 2023, and am itching to put what I have learned and practiced to work -with you, and for you.
 
I have lived all over the US, but Alaska is where I did most of my growing up.
 

While serving in the navy, I traveled the western and northern hemispheres of our world. 

 
Now I travel the world wide web while: cooking for my family; reading; writing; listening to music; dancing; exploring North Georgia, US; raising my teenaged daughter; planning lessons; and preparing for travel to the East and South.
