Nice to meet you. My name is Yui.
I am from Japan, but I currently reside in France.
I love cooking, and I hold a culinary license. I have also been working in a Japanese restaurant in France for 15 years now. Even if the ingredients are the same as in Japan, there are differences in appearance and taste from ingridients available in France. The cooking methods can also differ.
