*** About Myself ***

I have lived in Osaka, Yokohama, Nagoya, Sendai, Fukuoka, and other cities in Japan due to my family’s job transfers. I would like to share with you the unique charms of each region in Japan.
I am currently working and teaching Japanese to people from other countries in my community on the weekends. I am also a stay-at-home mom and I enjoy cooking. If you have any interest in Japanese household dishes, I would be more than happy to share my knowledge with you.
I also have a lot of experience working in the corporate world. I can also help you learn business Japanese for your job. Why don’t you come and learn Japanese with me while having fun?

*** Why did I become a teacher? ***

From 2017 to 2019, I took many Korean language lessons as a student on Cafetalk. My teachers were very kind to me and taught me a lot. We used textbooks to practice basic grammar, conversation practice, and interview practice. Thanks to the support of my teachers, I was able to find a job at a company I wanted to work for. I always had fun and my lessons were very fulfilling. I still remember the joy and excitement I experienced during those times. Having experienced the joy of learning a language and studying toward a goal myself, I understand very well how you might be feeling when learning a new language. Since that time when I was studying Korean, I have always wanted to support and help people who needed to learn Japanese. I went to a training school for Japanese language teachers for a year and a half, studied hard, and successfully graduated. I now enjoy teaching Japanese as a volunteer at a Japanese language class for international residents in the community.

*** My Career History ***

・Worked at an office for 13 years at a Japanese airline and a Korean airline company as an airline ticket reservation desk clerk and telephone operator.
・Worked for a Japanese travel agency as a receptionist and sales representative for 5 years.
・Worked as a sales clerk at a Japanese insurance company/manufacturer for 5 years
