Hello! I’m Stephen, a native English speaker from Atlanta, Georgia in the United States.
I help students speak English more clearly and confidently—especially pronunciation, natural rhythm, and everyday conversation. My lessons are practical and encouraging. We work on the English you actually need: work, travel, daily life, and speaking without freezing.
My wife and I hope to live in Japan one day, so I enjoy learning about Japanese culture and helping students who want English that works in real situations—not only textbook English.
TEACHING BACKGROUND
I have taught English since 2024 (online and one-to-one). I hold a TEFL certificate from International Open Academy and a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Western Governors University.
I use that mix in class: clear structure, patient feedback, and lessons that feel useful right away. Many of my students want better pronunciation and more natural speaking. That is my main focus.
