About Me

Hi, I’m Clyde, a qualified English coach from South Africa. I’m here to help you speak English with confidence, clarity, and ease. In our lessons, you won’t just study English, you’ll live it. And you will enjoy every step of your learning journey.

Each session is designed to make you feel comfortable, motivated, and proud of your progress. Whether you’re preparing for school, work, travel, or everyday conversation, I’ll guide you step by step until English feels natural to you. You’ll laugh, learn, and walk away from every class feeling more confident than before.

I love teaching people from all walks of life. Your goals, your story, and your pace matter to me and together, we’ll shape lessons that fit you perfectly. My background in theatre adds creativity, expression, and fun to each class, so you’ll never feel bored or stuck.

What You’ll Get from My Lessons

Since 2022, I’ve helped learners from around the world improve their grammar, pronunciation, and fluency. My approach is simple: we’ll learn by doing. You’ll speak more, make fewer mistakes, and understand how English truly works in everyday life.

In every class, I’ll give you clear explanations, plenty of speaking practice, and personal feedback that helps you grow quickly. Whether you’re a beginner or advanced learner, I’ll make sure our lessons are meaningful, practical, and enjoyable

You’ll practice:

  • Conversational fluency and confidence

  • Pronunciation and reading

  • English for daily life, travel, or work

  • Business English and interview skills

  • IELTS/TOEFL or school exam preparation

I also offer Voice and Acting in English—a unique lesson where you can build expressive communication skills for presentations or performance.

My Teaching Style

You’ll find me friendly, patient, and supportive. I know every learner is different, so I adapt lessons to fit your level and interests. Whether you’re a beginner or advanced, you’ll feel comfortable, encouraged, and challenged in the right way.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Education (in progress – majors in English, History, Social Sciences)

  • 120-hour TEFL Certificate

  • Online and classroom teaching experience
