Hello Everyone! Nice to meet you.

 

My name is Manching. It’s my pleasure to get to know all the learners here.

 

I was born and raised in Taichung City in Taiwan. My major in University was Japanese Literature and Culture. I went to Fukuoka Japan to study Japanese with an exchange student program. I love learning Japanese even now and I like to get to know different culture and to learn natural expressions.



After graduation, I Lived in Taiwan for 7 years. Enjoying the lifestyle in Taipei, I also used to work in an English cram school for Japanese children in Tianmu. After that I continued to work in different physical and online platforms to explore different ages of learners, materials and teaching methods.

For years ago, I came to England with Youth Mobility Scheme program. I experience d lots of cultural and language differences. Now I live in England with my English husband.

I love language teaching. I enjoy encouraging my students to feel comfortable to open up. I love to create a relaxing and inclusive environment for my students.

 

In teaching, I like to design activities that are easy to understand and practical such as conversations in real situation, picture explanation, daily conversation for your own lifestyle and practice listening, writing, reading and writing. I like to plan lesson based on my students’ personality and pace of learning.

Apart from language learning, I like exercise, cooking, traveling, singing and painting in my leisure time.

I think everyone has their own strengths and weaknesses, I am keen on supporting my students to grow and learn together.
