こんにちは、初めまして! 안녕하세요, 만나서 반갑습니다! 
I’m Gaby – your professional, patient and enthusiastic English teacher! I am also a trained Speech Therapist so I am passionate about pronunciation!


I am originally from South Africa but I live in London, UK. I am a CELTA-certified teacher and I have taught at popular language schools in London, UK and now I am teaching online too. I am also learning another language - Korean. It is so different from English, so I understand the challenge of learning a language that is very different from your mothertongue. I have an interest in Japanese and Korean culture and food (of course!). 


If you struggle with pronunciation or want to sound more natural when speaking English, I can help!


I’ve worked with learners from many language backgrounds including Korean & Japanese speakers who want to improve difficult sounds like /r/ and /l/, /v/ and /f/ or the English /th/.

 

Together we will have conversations to help you feel more confident, clear and natural every time you speak!


Are you a beginner?

I love working with beginners! I speak slowly, explain clearly, and give you plenty of opportunities to practise speaking with confidence.


Maybe you’re already at an intermediate or advanced level?

Perfect! In my lessons, we’ll work on filling the gaps in grammar and vocabulary. I’ll give you lots of corrections and share natural expressions and idioms so you can sound more fluent and confident. 

 

My lessons are all about you—your goals, your pace, and your confidence. Most of all, I want you to feel comfortable, enjoy learning, and see real progress!

  • More than 24 hours before lesson start time.→ Cancellation is possible at any time.
  • Less than 24 hours before lesson start time.→ The tutor may take a cancellation fee.
  • No-Show→ The tutor may take a cancellation fee.
