Hello. My name is Yuka. I am currently staying in Northern India, where I work as an assistant at a yoga instructor training school and have also started teaching drop-in yoga classes. I primarily teach international students at the moment. I have already earned my RYT500 certification and have been deepening my practice for four months under the guidance of trusted Indian instructors. I mainly teach Hatha Flow Yoga. Since I can tailor classes to different levels, whether you’re a beginner, an intermediate-level student, or someone dealing with physical discomfort or stiffness, anyone is welcome to join!

My classes are conducted in a mix of Japanese and English. Even if you don’t understand English or Japanese, you can still participate without any issues. Let’s have fun moving our bodies together!
