大家好。透过轻抚自己的身体来抚慰身心，我是传授「天使碰触法」的akko.T。 所谓的「天使碰触法」是以佐藤式淋巴痠痛疗法为基础变化而来的。佐藤式淋巴痠痛疗法是藉由轻柔触碰、抚摸及调整呼吸来放鬆肌肉、调节口腔、胸腔、腹腔的疗法。日以继夜的办公室作业及家事、压力等让你的身体僵硬，处于紧张状态，导致上述的3个腔扁平，就如同被压扁的宝特瓶一样。身体的中心线歪斜后，就无法笔直站立，需要比旁人多费一份力气，这也会让身体开始感到疼痛，间接导致情绪不安定......（被压扁的宝特瓶，从前方看去呈现左右横幅增加，上下高度减少的圆球状。就好像下体圆润，身高矮小，只有腰围变粗的体型。） 佐藤式淋巴痠痛疗法就是以将压扁的宝特瓶修復回原先漂亮形状为雏形的疗法。用微弱的力道舒缓肌肉，将3个腔调整成漂亮的筒状，如此一来腔内的海绵组织（筋膜）就会膨胀，其中的淋巴液的循环也会变好。淋巴按摩是用手去按摩，让淋巴管内的淋巴（人
