Tomoko-sensei is a wonderful teacher! Her lessons are thorough, helpful, and contain useful information for future study. She provides recording and pronunciation files, and even intonation guides so you can practice on your own after the class. My Japanese has improved thanks to Tomoko-sensei. Every class I take with Tomoko-sensei helps me improve in an instantly noticeable way, and she is also a fun and interesting conversation partner. Mineco-sensei and I have been reading 吾輩は猫である which is a book I have been very interested in for years now, but could never really understand by myself. Mineco-sensei always prepares thoroughly for each lesson. She makes slides with the words, phrases and grammar for each passage. She also researches the cultural background whenever there's a difficult part or idiom in the text, as well as prepares some sentences for me to read outloud as a practice. We always have a chat about the passage and every single lesson is a lot of fun. I really appreciate all of the work Mineco-sensei puts into lesson prep.
