He always provides wonderful cooking lessons. His experience working in restaurants adds so much value to every lesson, and I feel very fortunate to learn not only the recipes but also the knowledge and insights he has gained throughout his career. I am always impressed by his unique ideas and creativity. He brings fresh and original perspectives to each lesson, which makes the experience both educational and inspiring. Mineco-sensei and I have been reading 吾輩は猫である which is a book I have been very interested in for years now, but could never really understand by myself. Mineco-sensei always prepares thoroughly for each lesson. She makes slides with the words, phrases and grammar for each passage. She also researches the cultural background whenever there's a difficult part or idiom in the text, as well as prepares some sentences for me to read outloud as a practice. We always have a chat about the passage and every single lesson is a lot of fun. I really appreciate all of the work Mineco-sensei puts into lesson prep.
