Mineco-sensei and I have been reading 吾輩は猫である which is a book I have been very interested in for years now, but could never really understand by myself. Mineco-sensei always prepares thoroughly for each lesson. She makes slides with the words, phrases and grammar for each passage. She also researches the cultural background whenever there's a difficult part or idiom in the text, as well as prepares some sentences for me to read outloud as a practice. We always have a chat about the passage and every single lesson is a lot of fun. I really appreciate all of the work Mineco-sensei puts into lesson prep.

出題された日本語文をフランス語に訳すというレッスンです。一人で勉強しているとなかなか発語して文章を作るという習慣が身につかないのですが、このレッスンを受けて文章を組み立てるということができるようになりました。テキストをみて書くのではなく、口頭で答えることが会話での作文能力につながるのではないかと思います。また、あらためて自分ができていない箇所を発見することもできました。先生はとても優しく、楽しいレッスンを受けています。レッスン後に当日のレッスン内容のフィードバックも送信してくれます。

いつも明るく楽しいレッスンで25分があっという間に過ぎてしまいます。こちらの一言から会話を広げてくださるので、良い意味で軽い気持ちで参加できます。レッスンの終わりにはその日の会話で出てきた単語や表現を復習する時間もあるので、毎回充実感でいっぱいです。フィードバックも充実しています。日本語も堪能な先生なので初心者の方にもおすすめです。

My first lesson with Yumi Sensei was great. She took the time to listen to my background and future goals with Japanese and catered to what I want to learn. She is a skilled teacher and has excellent English which was a great support when I was not sure how to explain what I wanted to say in Japanese.

James is a very attentive and supportive teacher. He clearly points out mistakes in a helpful way, which makes it easy to understand areas for improvement. The lessons cover a wide range of interesting topics, making the learning experience engaging. His feedback is practical and actionable, which has been very useful for my progress.

こちら、慣用句の授業ですが、まず、日本と韓国の近い感覚を知ることができ、また、その違った表現に驚くことも多く、より韓国語に親しみを感じることができます。先生はこの授業を通して、一本踏み込んだ説明でより納得させてくださるし、慣用句を元にいろいろな文法や単語を、明るく丁寧に、そして親身に教えてくださいます。慣用句のレッスンはあまりないと思うのですが、お薦めできる楽しい時間です！

Keiko-san is a compassionate conversationalist and a skilled teacher. She also speaks fluent English and is the perfect teacher for any level of learning the Japanese language.
