大家好。透過輕撫自己的身體來撫慰身心，我是傳授「天使碰觸法」的akko.T。 所謂的「天使碰觸法」是以佐藤式淋巴痠痛療法為基礎變化而來的。佐藤式淋巴痠痛療法是藉由輕柔觸碰、撫摸及調整呼吸來放鬆肌肉、調節口腔、胸腔、腹腔的療法。日以繼夜的辦公室作業及家事、壓力等讓你的身體僵硬，處於緊張狀態，導致上述的3個腔扁平，就如同被壓扁的寶特瓶一樣。身體的中心線歪斜後，就無法筆直站立，需要比旁人多費一份力氣，這也會讓身體開始感到疼痛，間接導致情緒不安定......（被壓扁的寶特瓶，從前方看去呈現左右橫幅增加，上下高度減少的圓球狀。就好像下體圓潤，身高矮小，只有腰圍變粗的體型。） 佐藤式淋巴痠痛療法就是以將壓扁的寶特瓶修復回原先漂亮形狀為雛形的療法。用微弱的力道舒緩肌肉，將3個腔調整成漂亮的筒狀，如此一來腔內的海綿組織（筋膜）就會膨脹，其中的淋巴液的循環也會變好。淋巴按摩是用手去按摩，讓淋巴管內的淋巴（人
