Let me introduce myself first.
 
I am from Osaka Prefecture.

I went to the college in Kyoto and majored in social welfare study.
After graduated from college, I worked as an elderly caregiver and a counselor.
 
After getting married, my husband and I decided to become a homestay family. In total, we hosted 200 people from 25 different countries in three years. During our guests' stay, we learned a lot by having conversations with them at a dinner table, and I had a really good time understanding different cultures.


From that experience of being a host family, we opened "Onomichi Sangenya Guest House IrohaSou" in Onomichi City, Hiroshima Prefecture in July 2017! 


Many of our Japanese speaking guests say that they have no chance to practice Japanese conversation in their home countries because they see no Japanese native speakers. 
Therefore, I made a Japanese free conversation lesson!

少し私のことについて紹介させて下さい。
 
わたしは大阪府出身です。
 
大学では社会福祉を学んでいました。
大学卒業後は高齢者の介護や相談員の仕事をしていました。
 
結婚を機に、ホームステイのホストをし、3年間で25か国200人の方とお会いしました。海外の方と一緒に食事をしたり、生活する中で、学ぶことも多く、楽しい時間を過ごしていました。
 
半年以上住んでいた方もおり、海外の方と交流することが日常生活の一部になっていたところ、以前からやりたいと思っていたゲストハウス用の家が見つかり、昨年7月から広島県の尾道市で" 尾道 三軒家 ゲストハウス いろは荘”をオープンしました！！
 
今まで滞在された方の中には日本語を話せる方もおられましたが、母国では話せる人がいないので、会話練習ができないと言われている方が多くいました。
そのため、少しでも私にお手伝いができればと思いこのコースを作りました。
