My name is Jolene (ジョリン)!
Just a short introduction about myself:
I've just moved over to Fukuoka from Singapore! I have been enjoying living in Fukuoka. I used to teach woodworking and robotics over the past two years at a makerspace, which is a cosy place where people gather to tinker and make.
I believe language opens you up to new experiences and I would love to help you achieve the possibilities learning a new language has to offer.
My hobbies are travelling, rock climbing and playing the piano! I've travelled to Istanbul, Shanghai, Australia, New Zealand and some parts in Japan!
I'm currently working as a product designer after studying Chemistry for 4 years at university! If you would like to know more about this decision, I'd love to share with you:)
Back in Singapore, the majority of us speaks at least two languages. I do speak English and Chinese however, growing up I've always been speaking in English! Therefore, if you'd like to improve your English language skills, I'd love to talk to you!
