= Introduction =
Hi, my name is Jinho and you can call me Jean. I currently live in Buchon, Korea. Do you want to learn Korean/English with exciting topics? Shall we start with music, anime, gaming, movie, martial arts, health, and philosophy?
Learning a language means learning the culture. It makes you open-minded and gives you a wide view. Plus, it gives you a chance to make new friends all over the world. I would like to help you out :)
[Lesson Style]
I teach my students based on phrases and conversation. After you memorize the vocabularies, how many words can you recall them the next day? Probably, you can barely remember them. Once you practice phrases, you already study many words in it. Thus, you don't need to study the vocabularies separately. You won't be able to make sense of the sentence if you study only words. Which means you have studied inefficiently. The best way to learn a language is having a conversation with the topics you are into. That's how I learned English and Japanese :)
[Experience]
I have taught Korean and English for 3 years. I began teaching since I lived in Australia, and I also learned a lot while I was teaching my students. While I lived in America, I taught Korean, and it motivated me to teach Korean over Skype. I have teaching experience teaching the beginners, so you don't need to worry about learning. I have taught the Korean language in English for beginners.
[Background and hobbies]
I mainly lived in Seoul. Since I moved to Australia and America, I made many new friends, and it improved my English skill. My hobbies are music, anime, gaming, hiking, martial arts, reading, meditation, etc. However, I can't afford to do them recently. If you have the same taste, we can talk about it in the calss.
