Nice to meet you! My name is Kousuke!
I have been working as a career consultant for 8 years and as a counselor for about 5 years.
＊＊＊Work Support＊＊＊
Before I retired, I put a lot of thought into how I would live after retirement and acquired all sorts of certifications.
Up until now, I have given many lectures at company training sessions on topics such as communication skills, motivation, and mental health. I have also given seminars to job seekers at Hello Work (employment agency) offices all over Japan.
To be specific, I have been giving lessons on knowing yourself, how to write cover letters, how to write a resume, and giving mock interviews to men and women of all ages for about 8 years. I also work as a job search counselor both online and offline.
I would like to offer my career counseling services to job seekers within Japan as well as those who live abroad and understand Japanese.

I also provide counseling services for people who want to talk through their worries about life or work. If you can speak Japanese, it doesn't matter whether you live in Japan or abroad, please tell me about your troubles. Please feel free to talk about anything (work, hikikomori, marital relationships, affairs, etc.)
I am a career counselor so I take confidentiality seriously and I will never reveal anything that you tell me. I give the best support to my clients, so please relax and tell me what's on your mind.
＊＊＊Certification Test Taking Strategies ＊＊＊
I have a course for Japanese speakers (men and women of all ages) who want to pass people related certification tests that are administered within Japan. You too can pass! Please feel free to try out this lesson.
＊＊＊About Me＊＊＊
I have about 20 certifications in fields such as industry counseling, career consultation, future advising, mental health management, health supervising, institution management, and so on.
Other than being a teacher and a counselor, I have also worked in many fields such the government, in medical welfare service, the manufacturing industry, finance, recruitment, business, etc. so I have knowledge of various industries.
I cannot offer lessons to students who can only communicate in languages other than Japanese. I myself cannot speak English and can only speak Japanese. I am very sorry.
These lessons are targeted towards people around 19 to 80 years old.
I am available to give lessons from 6AM to 10PM Japan Time. However, you do need to make a reservation.
To change the subject a little, my hobbies are reading, going for a walk, and playing the ocarina. I usually read books related to psychology and I buy and read about 5 or 6 books a month.
I try to go to bed at 10 every night and wake up at 5 every morning.
