Hallo! Hello!
I'm Hokto and I'm a German teacher!
I majored in German in university.
When I was in university, I was a German language assistant for two years. I spent a year in Switzerland teaching locals Japanese and the Japanese culture.
In my lessons, I'll focus on the key grammar points as I believe this is the way to improve speaking for absolute beginners and learners at the intermediate level.
I lived in Germany for five years when I was a child, and I spent one year in Switzerland as a student.
Because of this, I hope aside from the language, I can also share interesting cultures and talk about the characteristics of the local people.
In my greeting in the beginning, from left to right, it's standard German, languages used in Southern Germany and Austria, and lastly it's a greeting used in Switzerland (mainly Zurich).
As you can see, the German language is different depending on the regions and it has the depth and the amazingness that are different from other languages!
Therefore, I want to share the charm of the German language with you!
