I will devise body makeup such as hip-up and constriction, and menus that can be easily moved. My motto is to have fun, so I hope the lessons will not only rejuvenate the body but also the mind. <Career>
I started figure skating and ballet at the age of 4, and have been skating and dancing for over 20 years. For three years as a representative of Japan for Synchronized Skating, I passed the tryout of the American national team in the international skater frame, and I belonged to Team USA in Boston for two years. Also, I spent a year studying abroad in New York, so I lived in the United States for three years.
Retired from active duty in 2016 and obtained Pilates qualification. I have been training mainly for figure skaters for 4 years.

<What you are aiming for>
Each person has his or her own personality and beauty, but it is easy to think that being thin is beautiful. My personal goal is to have a feminine, curved body.
Temporarily stoic or long-term exercise for a diet can be stressful and difficult to continue. By incorporating physical activity into your daily routine for 10 or 20 minutes and making it a habit, you can spend your days in good physical and mental health. I think that mental and physical health is the shortcut to style up and the purpose of working out, not just to lose weight.
