Hello! My name is Zander but you can call me Ben. I was born and raised in South Africa and am currently living near Cape Town. I managed a restaurant for 5 years before deciding that I want to teach. 
 
I was raised completely bilingual at home, but due to going to an English school I soon became far more competent in that language. It was here that I picked up my love for reading. I read all different sorts of genres so I have a wide base of knowledge of different subjects that we can discuss or structure lessons around!
 
For the last five years, I have been a restaurant manager in Cape Town. The restaurant is thriving and I loved working there but I decided that it was time to move on. I completed my level 5 TEFL training through the TEFL academy, who awarded me with the certificate.
 
I am a focused teacher who will help you reach whatever goals you set while building your love for learning a new language! I am very easy going and patient and my lessons are casual.
 
In my free time, you will generally find me reading or watching an odd movie. I also enjoy working out or going for walks with my dogs. I also like to write and cook.
