Hi my name is Joyce Chavez.

I have finished my bachelor’s degree in Doctor of Dental Medicine in March 1991 and have previously served an Operations Manager for an IT Company.
 
I passed the Licensure Examination for Dentistry September 1993 and has started pursuing my graduate studies last year. 
My educational background and my interest in the development of the students led me to join in different teacher training programs which honed my skills in teaching the discipline I have chosen.

Thirteen years of experience under my belt makes me the most experienced business homebased English Teacher. Leveraging this experience, I anticipate that I will be able to contribute highly in helping students meet their curriculum goals, and provide them with a wider view of perception of this form of art. Since I have taught students ranging from beginner to advance, I am well-aware of all levels of English  lessons, and can quite comfortably incorporate technology into standard lessons. I believe this skill will help students in learning through both conventional means and modern ways.
 
In experience as a homebased teacher, I taught all level of  students. In the period of three years, I have given effective classroom management, dynamic activities, well-constructed and student centered lesson plans, detailed student evaluations and well-complimented instructional delivery. Managing the different abilities of my students proved a difficult but gratifying challenge. I facilitated interesting but equally challenging activities to maintain their interest of my high-level students without intimidating the less-skilled ones.
 
It is my aim to match my range of experience with my ability to be a compassionate and dynamic teacher who will make a positive contribution to your school and to the community where it belongs.
