日本に住んでいましたから日本語がちょっとできるだから日本人の学生に私の授業へようこそ！良い感じがあるよう。
Hello,
My name is Brave and I am an ESL teacher from London, UK.
I am a native english speaker and started teaching english professionally about a year ago and I am currently in the process of aquiring my level 5 TEFL qualification. I also work as a chef and restaurant manager, working in the hospitality and catering industry for more than 10 years before turning my attentions to the ESL sector last year.
I recently came back from Japan after living there for a little over 2 years. During my time there I worked as a chef and an English language instructor. I also studied Japanese language, graduating from a Japanese language school and I am quite proficient in Japanese daily conversation.
I loved my years living and working in Japan and have travelled extensively across East Asia. I really enjoy meeting new people and chatting about food, travel and culture amongst other topics of course and I do believe my strength as a teacher revolves around good communication and building my students confidence with English. I sincerely hope to get the chance to meet many new faces on Cafetalk and that I can help students to reach their language goals through my courses.
My teaching style.
So you may be wondering how my lessons and teaching style can work for you? I have lots of experience teaching Japanese students so I understand the culture and way of life in Japan well. I beleive I am well positioned to help you in your quest to become a proficient English speaker and i'm happy to help with any Japanese vocabulary that you need help to better understand in English.
I am passionate about improvement in English communication for my students and that is reflected in my teaching style, in my lessons I like to focus on conversational abilty and practical and proper use of grammar and vocabulary. I hope my lessons will be practical, fun and friendly and can help you to achieve your English goals whether you'd like to better understand grammar or improve your pronunciation I can tailor my lessons to suit your specific needs, there's no one size fits all with learning every student has different needs which deserve to be cared for. I am very patient so please don't worry about mistakes (everybody makes e'm) so let's have fun learning English together!
