Hello!
I'm minachan.
Because I liked Korea, and the sound and rhythm of Korean,
I quit my job in 2019 and spent a year in Seoul studying at a language school.
I graduated from Yonsei University's language study department with a level 6, and passed with a level 6 in the Test Of Proficiency In Korean.
I used Korean in my part time jobs in book stores and cafes in Seoul.
In 2020 I started teaching one-to-one in cafes,
and I'm very happy to enjoy Korean with everyone.
Rather than as a teacher, in lessons I aim to be seen more as a Korean-speaking friend with whom you can talk to about anything.
Especially because I'm Japanese, I can give Japanese speakers tips on how to achieve good Korean pronunciation and speak in a natural way which textbooks don't teach you.
I myself am always studying Korean and I think I will get some output, too.＾＾
I think everyone has their different reasons for wanting to learn Korean, whether it's out of interest in Korean TV dramas or K-pop,
but by studying Korean you'll get to know Korean culture more deeply and your world will expand.
