初めまして、Mamikoと申します！読んでくださってありがとうございます。
現在はニューヨークに在住しており、海外歴は６年になります。
ニューヨークにあるを大学卒業した後、プロのモダン/コンテンポラリーダンサーとして米国内でカンパニーダンサーとして、フリーランスダンサーとして、ツアーやミュージックビデオなどに出演したりと活動をしています。
全米ヨガアライアンス認定のヨガインストラクター資格保持し、心と体をよりよくする生き方を研究中。趣味は読書、料理、タロットカードリーディング。

そんな私がここ、カフェトークでどんなクラスお届けするのかと言いますと、
あえてダンスではない…　こんなクラスをお届けしようと思っています！

Hello! My name is Mamiko, and I'm based in NY right now.
I'm originally from Japan. I spent time as a exchange student for a year in Vancouver, and went to college in upstate NY!

I professionally dance for modern dance company and also freelance to participate in MV and live performances in US. I recentlly have recieved YTT (Yoga Teacher Training) from Yoga Alliance, and I have been precticing yoga for my own too! In my free time, I like to read books, cook, and reading/playing with tarot cards!

Classes that I'm going to teach in Cafe Talk is...

-YOGA (personalized Hata yoga, Zen Tarot Card reading + Yoga)
-English (Free talk, Learning form *handmade* textbook)
-Japanese (For begginer! and for advanced Japanese learner)
-Zen Tarot Card Reading

I am in NY, but the classes can happen online, from anywhere you are!

I woud love to know you more, so I can help you more... and we can be friend! I would do my best to make a class that in personalized for you and meets to your needs.
